Each MoonSaddle™
product has a one (1) year limited warranty for quality of
workmanship and materials. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE EXCLUDED. All consequential damages
are excluded. A mail-in form is required to be submitted or the
limited one (1) year warranty is void.
SPECIAL
RETURN POLICY:
We ask you use the MoonSaddle™
product for at least sixty (60) days from date of purchase prior
to returning. However, if
you are still not satisfied with your MoonSaddle™
product for any reason, for a full refund of your purchase price
excluding shipping and handling costs, please return it with the
original receipt (or a copy) within ninety (90) days from the date
of purchase.

square, round or rectangular seat posts
and only the original seat
will fit these, you may contact your bike manufacturer for an
adapter to use a standard bike seat, or purchase a seat
adaptor kit from us.
